For orders from less than € 95, transport costs of € 9.50 will be added for deliveries in Belgium or Luxembourg, € 12.50 for deliveries in the Netherlands, and € 20 will be added for France. For orders of more than € 95 no transportation costs will be added for deliveries in Belgium. For deliveries to other countries, transport costs will be evaluated individually. The goods always travel at the seller's risk, But in case of damage or missing goods, the buyer must send a statement by registered mail within 5 working days after the delivery. According to Farla Belgium’s chose, the goods will be replaced or repaired without compensation.
Warranty "satisfied or refunded" is valid only with the prior written message and within 14 working days for unopened / unused goods, returned in the original packaging, with the pattern of returns and a copy of the invoice. The return transport costs are always borne by the customer. Orders on demand can not be returned.
In case that an order is returned to us because of a mistake by the customer (eg. wrong adress), both transport costs, shipping and return, will be deducted from the refund.
The refund will be returned to the same account from which it was paid.
The delivery time is for informational purposes and is not binding. It depends on the availability of the stock and the carrier. Exceeding the delivery time is not a ground for the cancellation of the order or for compensation.
However, if the shipment does not arrive within 30 days from the date of payment, the customer will be able to cancel the order and receive the payment back.
If the performance of our obligations is prevented, the performance of the contract will be suspended if the impediment is temporary, and will be declared invalid if the foreclosure is final.
